Ultimate Wheel Light Kit Installation Guide

What Comes In The Box:
- (4) Prebuilt Wheel Lights
- (4) 5ft Extension Wires
- Waterproof Bluetooth Control Module
- IP68 Waterproof Remote Control
- Hex Cap Head Screws
- Zip Ties

Tools and Materials Needed:
- Screwdriver (Phillips and Hex)
- Drill with bits slightly smaller than the included mounting screws
- Impact drill (optional for easier screw installation)
- Punch (optional for easier screw installation)
- Screw Hole Lubricant/WD40 (optional for easier screw installation)

Step 1: Preparation and Testing
1. Unpack all wheel lights and the wiring harness.
2. Connect the wiring harness to your battery (black wire to negative, red wire to positive).
3. Connect all wheel lights to test.
4. Test the lights using the included waterproof remote or the LEDShow app for Apple and for Android. Take some time to get familiar with the app’s functions.

Step 2: Installing the Bluetooth Control Module
1. Placement: Keep the module tucked up on the inner side of the frame, below the cab, and away from engine heat. This central location reduces the need to purchase longer 10ft extension wires for certain models of rides instead of the included 5ft extension wires.
2. Secure the Control Module: Use zip ties to secure the control module box to the desired location.
3. Wiring the Control Module: We recommend wiring the control module to a switch to avoid the constant flow of power through the module.

Step 3: Removing the Wheels
1. Safely jack up your ride and remove the wheels. For better clearance, consider removing the brake caliper.
Step 4: Mounting the Wheel Lights
1. Remove 2-3 brackets from the wheel ring using a Phillips screwdriver. Slip the ring over your brake assembly and put the brackets back on (only 3 brackets are REQUIRED).
2. Ensure the wire lead coming off the wheel light ring is facing upwards so the gap won’t be visible and can be routed along a safe location.
2. Position the wheel light around the wheel area and mark the drilling spots. Use your punch to mark starting points for your drill.
3. Pre-drill correctly spaced holes that align with the wheel light brackets in your dust shield for the mounting screws.

4. Make sure to use a screw hole lubricant for easier installation.

5. Secure each bracket using the provided installation mounting screws.

Step 5: Securing the Wire Extensions
1. Run the wire extensions along the factory brake lines and/or existing wiring harness, keeping them tucked away and as high as possible.
2. Using zip ties, secure the wires tightly so they cannot be easily pulled out of place.
3. Plug the wire extension into the corresponding Control Module hookup.

Step 6: Supplying Power & Ground
1. For the power source, you may directly use your battery; however, a switch is recommended to control the power flow through the module. (Simple on/off switch)
2. If you have upfitter switches, this will be your simplest power source option. (Power source is simply customer preference as long as it’s 12v)

Step 7: Bluetooth Remote/App
1. We highly recommend connecting the app first via Bluetooth LEDSHOW.
2. Download the app from your app store and ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on without any paired devices. Apple & Android.
3. Make sure your control module is efficiently supplied with a 12v power source and the fuse is in proper condition.
4. Your device will automatically pair to the module by clicking the bluetooth icon, allowing you to control everything via the app.

Common Mistakes and Tips:
1. Brackets: Use at least 3 of the 5 mounting brackets to keep your 2-year warranty valid.
2. Wire Routing: Secure wires away from hot or moving parts to prevent damage.
3. Using a Switch: To avoid battery drain, always wire the control module to a switch.
