Your Return Window

60 Days: Start your return within 60 days of delivery—plenty of time to decide.

What Can Be Returned

Eligible: Unused, uninstalled underglow products in original packaging.

Perfect-Fit Underglow Kits: No returns if the 3M backing’s peeled or it’s been installed.

Wheel & Rock Lights: Can’t return if installed.

Damaged by You: Buyer-damaged items don’t qualify.

How to Return

Email Us: Contact help@underglowlighting.com with your order details.

Get a Label: We’ll send a return shipping label and easy instructions.

Wait for Us: Don’t ship back without our OK—unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Refunds

Timing: Refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days after we inspect your return.

No Show?: If it’s not there after 15 business days, email help@underglowlighting.com—we’ll sort it.
